Syra Larkin is a visual artist/poet, who has lived and worked on a tiny peninsula known as The Maharees on the west coast of Ireland. Syra studied art at Hammersmith College of Art in London and qualified with Merit in 1972. Syra’s art work comes from her heart and is both poetical and narrative. In recent years, Syra has begun to write poetry inspired by her art work.
