Lauren Louden is currently a graduate student at Marshall University in Huntington, WV, where she also teaches English 101/101p as a Teaching Graduate assistant. Her personal work is primarily focused on creative fiction prose writing and screenwriting, usually landing in the horror/thriller genre. She is a recipient of the Marshall University Creative Discovery Award which supported the development of her short film screenplay, When Handling the Snake.
